Our onboarding process

1.

At the onboarding lunch...
I receive my Welcome Pack. The Cat-Amania tools are introduced to me. I meet the teams.

2.

I start my assignment...
I have a mission kick-off meeting with my sales manager and my client's representative.

3.

I provide my feedback...
3 to 6 months after joining, I respond to the questionnaire sent by our Human Resources team via email.

4.

I have regular check-ins with my manager...
I have formalized career discussions every 6 months. I have a salary review once a year, on the anniversary of my joining.
