At first, it was necessary for Cat-Amania to ensure the health and safety of its employees by closing its sites and setting up the necessary conditions so that the company could continue its activities.

Today, and for several weeks now, we have been at home… Whether alone or with our families, telecommuting or working part-time, in a house in the country or in an apartment in the city, we are all experiencing the lockdown, but we experience it differently depending on our environment.

Cat-Amania’s managers support their consultants in their varied daily lives, which are sometimes difficult, sometimes pleasant, and sometimes a little of both. Through regular individual and group contacts, the company seeks to maintain and promote a social and professional connection within its teams by taking into account these different situations.

Once again, Cat-Amania can best organize the activities of its consultants on the basis of proximity and trust with its consultants and clients, built over the long term.

Training continues during the lockdown!

Following the government’s decision to make access to training more flexible for employees who are working part-time, Cat-Amania organized itself to allow its consultants to take advantage of this opportunity to improve their skills. The HR team was very efficient, registering nearly 90 consultants in a very short time for training modules in accordance with their career paths. The training courses start this week and will continue for about 20 days.

Psychological support

In these times of the lockdown and health crisis, Cat-Amania supports its consultants in managing their daily lives by setting up a listening and support unit to help all those who may need it. The professional psychologists of Pros-Consulte are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and consultation is completely anonymous.

Sustainable health measures

Cat-Amania is preparing to organize a gradual resumption of activity under the best possible conditions, while always putting the safety of its employees first. In view of the uncertainties arising from the current health crisis, Cat-Amania is putting into place long-term health measures and local support. Cat-Amania has already purchased washable fabric masks for all its employees and subcontractors. 

With a view to reopening its sites, at first for those who wish to return to work in the agency, Cat-Amania is putting into place health measures to ensure the best conditions (cleaning wipes, hydro-alcoholic gels, etc.).

In this way, Cat-Amania is providing multi-level support and implementing health security measures to address the current crisis.
