UX Designer

UX Designers place the user at the center of projects. Their role is to build and optimize user experience. To do this, UX Designers rely on precise and proven methods and tools by involving the end user in each step of the project.

Prerequisites

  • Education: 5 years of higher education in computer science or in the field.
  • Professional experience: 3 years minimum in interface and web design.

Your Assignment

  • Design and maintain the visual identity and the ergonomic and graphic charts of the client’s digital products.
  • Support the operational design and overall quality of the products.
  • Participate in the development of Agile and UX cultures within the Internet platform.
  • Support developers in the technical implementation of interfaces.
  • Create benchmarks and perform sector monitoring in order to develop a shared knowledge of the state of the art and best practices in the sector, and to develop a shared knowledge of digital technologies.
  • Participate in the implementation of studies for the collection of user needs and expectations.
  • Participate in project sprints and in the continuous improvement of our client’s digital product experience.
  • Together with the product owner, define the product vision according to user needs and the strategic objectives of the departments involved, through the design of personas, or even of clickable prototypes.
  • Participate in the evaluation and analysis of user behavior via indicators and user tests.

  • You have good interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships and to solve complex problems while working in a team.
