Project Director
As a Project Director, my role is to collect the sponsor’s needs and to implement them operationally. I identify all the actors involved, the risks, the constraints they express, and I orchestrate a collective effort with them, because all are affected by the evolutions resulting from the project. This requires conveying energy and confidence on a daily basis, and that’s good, because it’s something I like to do. I joined Cat-Amania because I was looking for a company with a strong presence in Niort and I wanted to work with a close-knit team… And I wasn’t disappointed!
