The goal of Project Office Managers is to optimize the operation of the various projects on which they work. In this way, they ensure consistency between the stakeholders in their project portfolio.

Prerequisites

  • Education: 5 years of higher education in computer science or in the field
  • Professional experience: 5 years minimum.

Your Assignment

  • Ensure that project portfolios are managed in accordance with the defined processes, methods and schedules.
  • Guarantee consistency between the different projects and their integration within the existing system.
  • Coordinate management and the teams and transmit information about the progress of projects in bottom-up mode and strategies in top-down mode.
  • Work with and provide expert advice to management regarding the overall project strategy.

Your Qualities

  • Your good listening skills enable you to understand the issues related to the projects for which you are responsible.
  • You are good at synthesizing information, which is essential for transmitting information to the various players involved in the projects.
  • You are proactive, which enables you to evaluate and anticipate risks, allowing you to proactively adjust the elements necessary for the proper development of projects.
