Concretely, what does your daily routine look like?

  • Oversee the team and assess its velocity (supporting agile practices to meet each Sprint's objectives).
  • Act as a liaison between the development team and the Product Owner (as well as with other peripheral teams).
  • Guide the Product Owner in preparation phases (especially in building the product backlog) and prioritizing different sprints.
  • As a facilitator, lead the team and shield them from external interferences to enable self-organization and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the implementation and proper conduct of ceremonies (Daily Scrum Meeting, sprint planning meeting, and sprint retrospective) as well as monitoring indicators and sprint summaries.


  • Hold a degree at the Master’s level or equivalent (Engineering school, Master’s degree, MIAGE),
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience,
  • Master the Best Practices of project management in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban),
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills,
  • Enjoy working in a team and interacting with clients,
  • Demonstrate precision in task execution to enable high-quality collaborative work.
