In October 2020, Cat-Amania sent out an “Employee Questionnaire” to all of its teams. Sixty percent of the 648 employees surveyed responded. This valuable and enlightening feedback allows Cat-Amania to continuously evolve together in a mutually constructive approach.

How does it work? 

Since 2016, employees who have been with the company for more than three months have been receiving the Employee Questionnaire in their mailbox every 18 months. The questionnaire allows employees to comment on their experiences within the company. Many topics are covered, such as: the company’s strategy and image, employee activities and the work environment, relationships with their teams and managers, career management and the Employee Representative Committee.

Developed and conducted by our partner Edifia, this questionnaire is anonymous, easily accessible and can be completed quickly by our employees. It allows Cat-Amania to benefit from a relevant and objective analysis of the resulting feedback.

Steady improvement in results 

For this 4th edition of the Employee Questionnaire, the overall satisfaction score was 7.4/10. This result is extremely positive and continues to improve each year: the satisfaction score was 6.9/10 in 2017 and 7.2/10 in 2019.

Employees selected Trust, Respect and Perseverance as the main characteristics of the day-to-day operations at Cat-Amania. Employees also praised the support offered by managers, despite the Covid situation, thanks to managers who are “available, responsive and efficient.”

The results show that the day-to-day activities at Cat-Amania are consistent the values promoted by the company: joy, perseverance, trust, audacity and respect.

Axes of work identified as a result of the questionnaire

After analyzing the feedback from the survey, Cat-Amania has selected three axes of work: the supervision of telecommuting, the management of training courses, and improving communication about the company’s strategy. These three axes are guiding the company’s projects through the implementation of practical actions.

In fact, telecommuting was the most commented on subject in the 2020 employee questionnaire, with 91% of respondents wishing to have the opportunity to telecommute. Aware of the expectations related to the issue of telecommuting, starting in August 2020, Cat-Amania has organized workshops made up of members of the management, the technical department, the employee representative committee and consultants on assignment in order to propose a regulatory framework for telecommuting. As a consulting company, Cat-Amania works with its clients to propose and supervise telecommuting for its consultants.
